FearlessRiOT’s Top 20 Songs of the Week! [October 9, 2015]

And Maddie & Tae continue to follow the namesake of their charting song and “Fly” on the Top 20 Countdown. The CMA-nominated country cuties hang on to the #1 spot on their 27th week on the chart. This now ties them for 2nd longest running song in the history of the countdown, along with “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele. And it’s sure to tie with Miley Cyrus“The Climb” for longest running song next week. Meanwhile, clinging to #2 is The Weeknd with “Can’t Feel My Face”. The ladies of Fifth Harmony move up to #3 with “I’m in Love With A Monster”. Alessia Cara slides into the Top 5, landing at #4 with “Here” while Jack U and Justin Bieber drops to #5 with “Where Are U Now”.

Elsewhere on the countdown, Taylor Swift lands the biggest jump on the countdown as “Wildest Dreams” launches up six spots into the Top 10. Also cracking the Top 10 is Janet Jackson and J. Cole with their R&B tune “No Sleeep”. We also see a couple of countdown debuts this week from countdown first-timers Bring Me The Horizon and Florence + The Machine, who are landing their fifth song on the countdown.
